This is a fresh Gin with crisp citrus aromas complementing the botanical spices. To ensure a balanced gin with an abundance of flavours and a smooth, silky finish, we take painstaking care in the entire production process.

Organic Lemons

We believe in natural ingredients, therefore, we personally pick the lemons we use for this Gin from our home grown lemon trees, which lends the advantage of absolutely no pesticides being used.

Garnishes

Such a complex gin can be enjoyed with a variety of garnishes. We suggest lemon or orange slices to enhance the citrus notes, a cinnamon stick to bring out the earthy flavours, or lavender/rosemary to accentuate the floral aromas of this gin.
